FED: Kevin Rudd says response to Henry Review will be clear

Prime Minister KEVIN RUDD has refused to say whether workers would be worse off under
the Government's response to the Henry tax .. to be released next weekend.

The long awaited review will be released on Sunday the second of May .. almost six
months since treasury official KEN HENRY handed it to the government.

It's anticipated to recommend a major overhaul of the tax system.

Asked if no worker would be worse off .. Mr RUDD has told reporters the government's
response will be clear and there'll be ample opportunity for appropriate public debate.

He says future arrangement for the tax system is important for all Australians.
